Culture is the characteristics and knowledge of a particular group of people, encompassing everyday practices and norms, communication, rituals, acceptable standards, and common goals or achievements.
Do we join something to win or lose? It’s as simple as that. Once that decision is made, what are the standing pillars that support that culture? How can we align our team and ourselves along that common journey to ultimately succeed or fail?
