You could be blessed by the word of God understanding him growing closer to him, and and accepting discipline, accepting that refinement by affliction, but we don’t accept it. We don’t accept God’s discipline, which is aka love. And this is what I’ve always told people to and this is what I tell my children. When I stopped disciplining you, it means I stopped loving you. Yeah. The fact the mere fact that I’m disciplining you I’m molding you on refining you, is to make you a better person in society, a better person to spread God’s word, the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Proverbs 13:24 – He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.
