Absolute Truth is the only thing that ultimately acts as a restraint on power. The founders of our country drew authority from nature’s God, meaning that there are certain truths that they find to be self-evident. In other words, they exist in nature. What does that mean? We explain it.
Alexander Solzhenitsyn wrote the Gulag archipelago, which is arguably responsible for bringing down the Soviet Union he says, “it takes one person to not lie to bring down a tyranny” Can we compare this to anything going on in our country today?
